UDHAMPUR, Mar 15: Udhampur Police today arrested a bootlegger from Minibus Stand area and seized 38 pouches of illicit liquor from him.
The accused, identified as Rajender Kumar of Sudhmhadev Chenani tehsil, was intercepted by a Police party when he was travelling on foot near the Bus Stand. During his thorough search, Police recovered 38 pouches of illicit liquor. Police arrested the accused and seized the recovered liquor.
A case in this connection has been registered at Police Station Udhampur.
