BJYM launches Samrasta Abhiyan at Sangwali village

JAMMU, Apr 18: In connection with the Samrasta Abhiyan launched by the party in connection with birth anniversary of Dr B R Ambedkar, BJYM on the directives of Union Minister of State in PMO, Dr Jitendra Singh organized a function at village Sangwali in Hiranagar constituency.
The programme was organized by Bharat Sharma BJYM National Executive Member who is also incharge of the Samrasta Abhiyan for J&K State. In this programme the BJP and BJYM leaders and party workers form Hiranagar and Kathua Assembly segments shared lunch with members from the weaker section of the society. The programme was aimed at spreading the message of harmony among different sections of society and eradication of evil system of casteism the crusade launched by Prime Minister, Narendra Modi in the country.
The programme was initiated from the Parliamentary Constituency of MoS PMO Dr. Jitendra Singh and was organised in the presence of MLA Hiranagar Kuldeep Raj, BJP district president, Prem Nath Dogra and Mandal president Tarsem Lal.
Bharat Sharma informed that various programmes of Samrasta Abhiyan will be held throughout the J&K in the next few weeks and the campaign would aim to integrate people from different sections of the society. He further requested BJYM volunteers to contact every youth and make them realize that “Samrasta (harmony) will eventually pave the way for nation building by way of effectively tackling the backwardness of the country.
BJYM leader Keshav Khajuria along with the local team of BJYM also accompanied for the programme.
MLA Kuldeep Raj and BJP district president, Prem Nath Dogra while speaking on the occasion said that need of the hour is strengthening the bonds among the different sections of the society and the crusade launched by PM will go a long way in strengthening the inter community bonds which is must for progress and development of nation as a whole.
Meanwhile BJP Yuwa Morcha displaced district also organized Swach Bharat Abhiyan at Kanachak under the leadership of district president Kamal Warikoo.
