The people in large numbers gathered at district BJP Office and kept on sloganeering against the DC and SSP and expressed strong resentment against them.
Former Minister and State general secretary, BJP, Sunil Sharma led the rally and after reaching DC Office, he while addressing the huge gathering said that both Police and civil Administration has been trying to hush up the case and their failure and incompetence has been exposed as till date nothing concrete has came out which is very unfortunate and disheartening for the people of Kishtwar in particular and for the State in general.
He demanded immediate removal of SSP and DC from the area for their non- seriousness in dealing with the case since the day one which resulted in handing over the same to NIA.
He also added that why administration has been a mute spectator and has been hesitating to brief the media or public about the case, and moreover the recent arrests made in this regard were not more than an eye wash wherein those arrested were released under pressure by some anti social agents cum politicians.
The protestors said that till day the case has turned out to be a Mystery as of now nothing has been heard from administration regarding the case even after dozens of arrests and futile exercises, which gave space to different political parties for setting up an agenda.
The protestors warned that if administration doesn’t come up with early solution and solving the Mystery behind the case protests will be continued in future also.
