BJP surrendered interests of  Jammu before PDP: Manohar

KATHUA, Feb 8: Senior Congress leader  and former MoS, Dr Manohar Lal Sharma  convened a Congress party workers at Billawar to discuss and highlight the day today problems faced by the  people of this  constituency.
While addressing party convention, Dr Sharma cautioned party cadre to remain  vigilant and united to fight against the decisive politics of BJP who are inserting the virus of communalism to divide the people on the basis of caste and religion through false propaganda which is highly condemnable.
Dr Sharma said that it is the duty of every nationalist citizen of country to fight against the well planned  agenda of BJP only to remain in power  by spreading false propaganda to malign the image of other party leaders.
The party cadre and general public expressed  deep anguish and resentment  over the conduct, working of DyCM for ignoring the development of Billawar  in every respect. The people alleged that DyCM  had given up all the promises which he had made to the people of Billawar constituency during elections. The party cadre showed great resentment against the Dy CM that after a lapse of more than two years not a single new developmental work  had been initiated. The condition of approach roads as well as lanes, schools , dispensaries etc was in bad condition.
The party worker assured Dr Sharma that the people of the Billawar now realized that they had been  misled by the false propaganda and hollow promises of BJP for which a great damage in every field has been done.
The Ex-MLA said alleged that BJP has  surrendered interests of Jammu before the PDP for the lust of power. He appealed the  worker to remain united and fight against the people who are going to destroy the state in the name caste, creed, religion and region.
