BJP Mahila Morcha holds review meeting

JAMMU, Aug 24: BJP State Mahila Morcha held a review meeting regarding forthcoming programmes to be carried out by State unit of the Morcha.
Meeting was chaired by BJP Mahila Morcha, State president, Rajni Sethi saw the threadbare discussions on ongoing developmental and organizational programmes being carried out by Morcha leaders as well as discussion on forthcoming programmes.
Rajni Sethi, while addressing the meeting, interacted with the State team and sought first hand information about various organizational activities. She said that it is the responsibility of every Morcha leader to ensure that the women welfare schemes initiated by Prime Minister, Narendra Modi reach the targeted population.
Sethi also informed that Morcha national president, Vijaya Rahatkar will visit the State on 11th and 12th September, where she will conducted meetings of Morcha leaders at BJP Headquarter Trikuta Nagar, Jammu. She asked all the Morcha State office bearers and district president to get ready with their booths and Mandal level team to make her visit a big grand success.
She also sought the lists of different district, Mandal, Wards and booths and also prompted all the team members to contribute with maximum efforts during the Corporation Elections especially in ladies reserved wards.
Rajni Sethi also announced the names of senior Morcha leaders to be included as Morcha State office bearers. Anu Tony Basin and Babu Gumble were nominated as Morcha State secretaries, Pooja Chouhan as State social media secretary, Prena Nanda as State additional media secretary.
It was also informed that the State Mahila Morcha will also celebrate Raksha Bandhan on August 25 under the leadership of Rajni Sethi in Akhnoor at Ghadkhal Border.
Mahila Morcha vice presidents, Anju Dogra, Kunti Jasrotia, Neena Gupta, Sushma Manhas, Mahila Morcha State general secretaries, Shaliza Gupta, Sanjita Dogra Updesh Andotra, Mahila Morcha State Secretaries Sonia Gupta, Monika Sharma, Geetanjali, Neeru Anand, Anuradha Sharma were among the prominent Morcha leaders present in the meeting.
