JAMMU, Nov 30: State BJP led by its Pradesh chief Sat Sharma (MLA) along with State general secretary (Org) Ashok Kaul took stock of ongoing developmental and organizational works by party MLCs, Chairpersons and Vice-Chairpersons in their allotted constituencies across the State to ensure the equitable development of all the regions of State.
While taking the review, State BJP president said that the BJP in keeping its promise of ensuring its reach to every single region of the State and also ensuring reach to the public welfare schemes of PM Modi led NDA Government’s schemes to the last person standing in the most deprived sections of the society, BJP , has allotted various constituencies of the State, where party didn’t perform well in last Assembly elections to its MLCs, Chairpersons and Vice-Chairpersons. He also asked all the MLCs to work actively for establishment of Guru Gobind Singh Chair in the University of Jammu and allotting funds for the same.
Ashok Kaul, while seeking details of developmental and organizational works done by them in their allotted constituencies discussed threadbare all initiatives taken by them for the same. He said that it is expected from each leader to double his responsibility to ensure the plugging of all loopholes so as to make sure that every party candidate turns out to be a winning candidate in every future election. He said that being part of cadre based party, it also becomes their responsibility to work in complete harmony with the local leaders so as to know the ground realities while working for the development of allotted constituencies.
Minister of State Priya Sethi, MLCs Ashok Khajuria, Ajatshatru Singh, Vikram Randhawa, Ramesh Arora, Charanjit Singh Khalsa, Vibodh Gupta, Girdhari Lal Raina, Pardeep Sharma, Sofi Yousuf and Chering Dorjey, Chairperson- Dr Nirmal Kamal, Vice-Chairpersons Daljit Singh Chib, Rashpaul Verma, GM Mir, Ali Mohd Mir, Khalid Jahangir and Subhash Jandyal attended the meeting.
