Biryani & Kabab Festival begins at Hotel Ramada

JAMMU, May 25: A ‘Biryani & Kabab Festival’ began today at Hotel Ramada Jammu City Centre.
Inaugurating the festival, Siddhant Chowdhary, Managing Director of the hotel said, “To give authentic flavour of north west frontier kebabs and Hyderabadi Biryani in the newly opened “Chinar” restaurant, Master Chefs specializing in these cuisines have been called in from all over India to give a treat of authentic flavours to Jammuites”.

This festival puts the best biryani and kebabs from across the country on one table. One can dig into the sumptuous spread and enjoy the kebabs and biryani on offer.
Raise a toast with your welcome drink and if you want to go mmm, go bite succulent kebabs like Khaas Beetle leaf Mutton Seekh, Chapli Kebab, Kasundhi Fish Tikka. Vegetarians can relish Bhunne Bhutte and Moong ki Seekh, Gucchi and Safed Mushroom Galouti, Dahi and Singdane Ke Kebab, and Acchari Paneer Tikka.
Biryani lovers can dig into two types of biryani depending on the chef’s choice of the day Bhunne Pyaaz and Murg ki Biryani, Awadhi style Gosht Dum Biryani, break bread such as Bakar Khani Naan, add it to a dash of delicious Subz Cholian Ki Tahiri, Dal Be Aab served with Hyderabadi Saalan and cool Raita and finish it off with desserts, all this for Just Rs 699 from 7 pm till 11 pm every day.
