UDHAMPUR, Mar 17: A bike rider was killed in an accident near Air Force Station on Dhar Road here late this evening.
The police identified the deceased as Raj Kumar, son of Sobha Ram, resident of Rathian in Udhampur. The incident took place at around 9.45 pm. An unidentified vehicle hit the biker and it sped away from the spot, leaving the victim in critical condition. The locals and police rushed him to district hospital, where doctors declared him as brought dead. The police has registered a case in this connection.
