BHADERWAH, Nov 9: Bhaderwah Hospital Bachao Front (BHBF) has knocked the door of High Court to get justice by filing a PIL and the first hearing has been fixed on November 11.
This was disclosed by the Front convener, Ranbir Manhas in a general body meeting of the Front held here today in the old hospital complex.
The agenda of the meeting was to discuss the future course of action to be adopted in view of the Front filing a PIL in the State High Court after having failed to get justice from the concerned authorities even after the ongoing dharna, which is entering 15 months on 14th of this November.
While briefing the meeting about the need to knock the doors of the Judiciary for justice, the Front convener said that the decision had been taken in a meeting of the core committee last month.
”We had authorized Ranbir Manhas as Front convener to file a PIL in the High Court after obtaining legal opinion from some legal expert” informed Bhagat Singh Manhas, a senior Front leader.
The meeting was also informed that Advocate Rajinder Singh Kotwal will represent the Front in the Court in this particular case. Expressing full faith in country’s judiciary, the meeting decided to wait till the disposal of the application for seeking interim relief in the matter before deciding future course of action of the ongoing agitation.
It was also decided that the Front will refrain from continuing aggressive mode of agitation including raising of slogans till pending of the case in the Court
