Bhargava Public School celebrates Annual Day

SAMBA, Feb 5: Bhargava Public School here today celebrated its annual day by organising a function where Parkash Sharma, ex-MLA was the chief guest.
Among others Khumer Singh, Vice Chairman Samba Municipality was the guest of honour while Rohini Aima, Vice Chairperson and Principal Jammu Sanskriti School was the special guest.
Other dignitaries present on the occasion were Vandana Sharma, Director Bhargava College of Education, Dheeraj Bharti, Director Bhargava Degree College and Sanjeev Sharma, Trustee and Prince Anand, Raj Singh, Rajeshwar Singh and Narinder Singh—all Municipal Counsellors were also present on the occasion.
The programme began with the lightening of ceremonial lamp by the dignitaries.
Principal of the School, Vivek Arora presented the welcome address and introduced the theme of the programme ‘Magnum Opus’ which includes dances and art work and culture of India.
A colourful programme was presented by the students where Ghoomar from Rajasthan and Punjabi Bhangra enthralled the audience.
In annual report Principal of the School highlighted achievements of the students.
In prize distribution school management awarded the position holders and those who excelled in sports events.
House masters were awarded on excelling in various activities throughout the year.
Rajesh Sharma, Trustee of the School presented vote of thanks.
