JAMMU, June 15: Bharat Vikas Parishad (BVP), J&K organised a State level workshop of the office bearers of the branches  and the State executive here today.
National vice president of the organization Lalit Mahajan was the chief guest and Sushil Sharma national convenor was the guest of honour. The function commenced with lighting of  lamp and recitation of Vande Matram. Arun Sharma, State president in his address welcomed the guests  and exhorted upon the office bearers  to work hard for  spreading ideology of the Parishad.
Nation Convenor, Dr Santosh Gupta spoke on the role and activities of BVP while Dr Kotwal ( zonal secy) spoke on various `Sanskar’  and `Sewa’ projects. The branch representatives gave their opinion and suggestions. Lalit Mahajan asked the delegates to work for the expansion of BVP  and its activities in all the areas. He asked the branches to organize various programmes.
The programme was  ably conducted by Amita Sharma while State general secretary, BVP O P Gupta presented vote of thanks.
