JAMMU, Nov 30: 9th State Sub-Junior Speedball Championship, organized by J&K Speedball Association got underway at MA Stadium, here today.
Over 1500 players are taking part in this championship from different schools and districts.
Divisional Commissioner, Dr MK Bhandari, who also chief patron of the Association was the chief guest on the opening ceremony, who declared the Championship open in an impressive, colourful and well attended function, today.
Brig TR Chopra, Deputy GoC 26 Div, SK Mishra, AoC Indian Air Force were the special guests, while BA Bhat, AAG DIV HQ, Rajesh Rathore, Principal GD Gonika, Asha Wali, Principal Kinder Nest Playway School were the guests of honour
The winners of gold medals in sub junior wing included Ashutosh Bakshi, Aditya Verma, Chandan Rajpal, Vikramjeet Singh, Krish Jamwal, Pranay Sharma, Vasu Lamba, Vansh Saini, Sukriti Karloopiya, Anshika Pandey, Manmeet Kour, Manvi Sharma, Mandeep Kour, Anjali Saini, Zasmeen Guleria, Hardik Pandiya, Mohd Imran, Ankita Sharma, Mohd Mehran Hyder, Gagandeep Kour, Palak Singh, Rahil Choudhary, Aathrav, Aaryaman Sharma, Gitansh Sabharwal, Amer Koshal, Aarush Khajuria, Divay Mahajan, Manya Sharma, Anik Andotra, Sneha Slathia, Amna Jaral, Shaiyla Quershi, Raghunandan Singh, Gurvansh, Mohd Salman, Pranay Gupta, Suhani, Raman Sharma, Ritish Bajgotra, Amandeep Kour, Abhijeet Singh, Aditya Pawar, Anmol Bali, Goutam, Shree Sharma, Manish Karloopia and Harivansh.
