Bari Brahmana Police arrests absconder after 15 years

SAMBA, Nov 20: Bari Brahamana police has arrested an absconder after 15 years in Chatta Satwari area of Jammu district today.
As per reports a police party of Police Station, Bari Brahmana headed by Inspector, Ravinder Singh Rakwal, SHO P/S Bari Brahmana and under the direct supervision of Sunil Kesar, SDPO Bari Brahmana, arrested one absconder namely Daljeet Singh, son of Inder Singh of Bhour Camp, Satwari, Jammu from Chatta Satwari, today. He was wanted in Case FIR No. 144/2003 US 279/337/338/304-A RPC of P/S Bari Brahmana. The absconder who was evading his arrest for the last 15 years after commission of crime was produced in the court of law. The arrest warrant issued against him under 512 CrPC was executed and the accused, send to Sub- Jail Hiranagar.
It may be recalled that district police Samba under the overall supervision of Dr. Koshal Sharma, SSP Samba has intensified the drive for apprehending the absconders wanted in different case FIRs lodged in Police stations of the district Samba.
