JAMMU, Jan 22: J&K High Court Bar Association today decided to resume the work in all the courts and tribunals from tomorrow in view of withdrawal of privilege motion against judicial officer.
This decision was taken in a meeting of the Bar held under the chairmanship of its President Advocate Abhinav Sharma. It was revealed in the meeting that Provincial President of National Conference Devender Singh Rana has conveyed that privilege motion moved by the party MLC has been withdrawn.
Accordingly, the Bar decided to resume work in all the courts and tribunals from tomorrow.
The meeting was attended Senior Advocate VR Wazir, SS Nanda, Anil Mahajan, Rupinder Singh, Sunil Malohtra, Deewakar Sharma and others.
