Loud-speakers are a nuisance. Whatever be the occasion, you have a marriage or a mourning or a Mata Jagran, the loud speaker is a must. It has become an important part of the function. It is at its highest pitch. The volume is too loud. It is deafening. Students cannot read. People cannot sleep. Old people and patients who need utmost care and rest, are greatly disturbed, but the loudspeaker goes on breaking the stillness. This is very surprising that the law -enforcing agencies sleep over such a great nuisance.The noise of the loud speakers break the very nerve of your brain. You feel like going mad. So, Government should ban on loud speakers.
