JAMMU, Jan 9: Principal Sessions Judge Kathua Vinod Chatterji Koul today rejected the bail application of Rafi Ahmed, son of Khalid Ahmed of Bihar, who was involved in medical narco smuggling.
After hearing both the sides, court observed, “while most people use drugs to help, some choose to abuse them and this leads to crime”, adding “drugs affect our kids and society”.
“Illegal drug use has to stop. It hurts the society, it hurts us, and mainly, it hurts the user”, the court said while rejecting the bail application.
