JAMMU, Nov 4: Municipal Magistrate Jammu Manoj Parihar has rejected the bail application of Mohd Azam, who has been booked for duping innocent unemployed youth on the name of job.
After hearing CPO Ashish Rathore with Senior PO Raj Kumar for the State, the court observed, “the process of recovery of money is in progress, which is not completed yet. Other accused are to be arrested yet. Perusal of the material of the evidence collected during investigation has connected the accused with the offence alleged against him”.
“Thus prima facie case is established against the accused and there is reasonable apprehension of the witnesses being tampered with in case the accused is released on bail”, the court said while rejecting the bail application.
