JAMMU, Mar 13: A team of Food Safety officers today organized an awareness camp here at KC 360 Restaurant.
The camp was organized under the overall supervision of Dr Parvesh Kumar, Commissioner, Food Safety, Municipal Limit, Jammu, with the objective to impart training to restaurant staff to maintain hygiene and standards of food. The staff members were made aware with regard to keep premises hygienic and not to use HSG, colour, additives and Ajinomoto in preparing food.
They were asked to maintain hygiene at all levels right from purchasing to serving to customers. The staff members were also taught the ways of storing, cooking and serving food to customers and suggested to use water purifiers, pest control, etc in the restaurant.
