JAMMU, Jan 2: Atul Pangotra, working as Tekwondo Coach in J&K State Sports Council, has attended International Referee Refresher Course in Kyorugi and Poomsae (Taekwondo) and Asian Taekwondo coach license and referee course held at South Korea recently.
Atul is the only State Awardee and Sher-i-Kashmir Awardee in Taekwondo and only medalist from J&K State in commonwealth Taekwondo Championship.
