JAMMU, Oct 24: Promising J&K Table Tennis player Aryan Mahajan defended title of Millcreek Open Table Tennis Tourna-ment, played at Erie, Pennsylvania.
In U-1600, Aryan Mahajan defeated Ross Zebrauskas by 3-0 to win the event.
Earlier, he smashed Kup Mung by 3-0 in semis and William Miller by 3-0 in quarterfinals. Mahajan had won the same event in the same tournament, which took place in spring this year.
In U-1800, Aryan lost to Rick Claraval in the semis.
Earlier, Mahajan defeated Timur Saka by 3-1 in quarterfinals and registered win over Saher Al Ghazi by 3-0 in pre-quarterfinals.
In the tournament sanctioned by USA Table Tennis, there were 95 participants from across the country.
