Srinagar, Mar 18: With the surge in enquiries for the forthcoming recruitment rally scheduled next month, the Army has intensified its efforts to guide the youth and help them meet their aspirations and in this connection pre-recruitment training capsule was organised at Manasbal in Ganderbal district.
A defence spokesman said the guidance programme included physical fitness test and imparting knowledge on measures to improve physical standards which was conducted by a qualified physical training instructor.
“Over 50 candidates participated in the training capsule and more youth are expected to join in the coming days as the capsule is planned to continue till the second week of April with additional lessons on preparation for the written aspects as well,” he added.
