SRINAGAR, Mar 11: Army organized a Cycle Race competition for students in Tangmarg area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
An Army spokesman said the competition was organized for a better tomorrow of Kashmir and all round personality development of students of various schools of Tangmarg region and to showcase the young talents
“The cycle race competition was held from Tangmarg market to Druoo and back. A total of 35 students of 29 various schools of Tangmarg region participated in the event. The locals rendered a helping hand in controlling the busy traffic and encouraged the young participants with their cheering,” he said
“The first ten participants were presented momentos each as a token of their hard work and displaying true sportsman spirit. They will be also felicitated after the culmination of Inter School Sports and Cultural meet on Mar 15,” he added.
