Army organizes 30-day skill development

Srinagar, May 19: Army today said that it started a 30-day skill development course ‘Tarakkey-e-Hunar’ for select volunteers in Lassipora area of Pulwama district of south Kashmir.
A defence spokesman said that on the first day, over a dozen candidates including four women attended training at SIDCO area to enhance their skills in embroidery.
“Going by the numerous queries that the first day has attracted, many more candidates are expected to join in the coming few days,” he said.
