Srinagar, Jan 17: An educational-cum-motivational tour was today flagged-off from Army Goodwill School Sopore to Maharana Mewar Public School Udaipur under Sadbhavna project, a defence spokesman said here.
The spokesman said that the tour comprises of 30 students and 4 teachers both from Army Goodwill School Sopore and Bandipora. “Aim of this tour is to provide an opportunity to the students and teachers of Kashmir to learn modern teaching and learning methods practiced by prestigious schools outside Jammu and Kashmir as also to gain from the rich culture of the State and exchange their knowledge and experience with students and teachers at Udaipur,” he said.
During the tour, the spokesman said, students will also visit the Railway Training Institute, Department of Science and Technology, Shikarbadi Cricket Academy along with various other civil and educational institutes.
