AoL’s 4-day Advance Meditation Course concludes

JAMMU, June 7: Organized by Art of Living (AoL), Jammu chapter, a 4-day Advance Meditation Course (AMC), concluded, here today.
The programme was organized with Yogesh Gaur, a very senior international faculty and advance course teacher from international headquarter of AoL Bangalore, at Gian Mandir, Adarsh Enclave, Trikuta Nagar Extension, Jammu.
Scores of participants from all walks of life including students, research scholars, doctors, homemakers, IT professionals, businessmen and retired people participated in the program to explore the inner bliss through a process immaculately designed by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.
The four-day long course was in itself sufficient to draw the souls in all new dimensions of depth and bliss through deep meditations and unique processes, State coordinator of AMC, Meenu Singh and organizer, Prabha Slathia, shared.
The participants, while sharing their experiences that they felt transformed after attending the workshop, which has infused love, happiness and enthusiasm in their lives. Many participants shared that they are feeling calmer and more rested than before after they have gone through all processes by keeping themselves in silence.
The 4-day AMC included rejuvenating yoga, three days of guided silence practice, unique guided meditations designed by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, advanced breathing techniques which can also be practiced at home after the course, advanced insight on the laws governing our mind and emotions.
