JAMMU, Mar 11: ‘ANNIZONE Meadows of Angels’ celebrated Annual Day- a joint venture of ANNIZONE Rehari and Domana, with pomp and show, here today.
Ashok Khajuria, Member Legislative Council was the chief guest on the occasion, while Kuldip Singh Jamwal, Vice President, Jammu & Kashmir Rifle Association and former Ranji Trophy player was the guest of honour. Pavitar Singh Bhardwaj, Convener Jammu Peoples Provincial Forum and Franchisees Ashu Gupta and Shakti Jamwal graced the occasion with their presence.
The programme began with the lighting of the traditional lamp by the chief guest and the other dignitaries, which was followed by Saraswati Vandana.
Earlier, Director of ANNIZONE, Annu Singh presented the Annual Report and highlighted the achievements of the Institution.
She said that the School is committed to inculcate self confidence and rich values among the children to make them global citizens.
The students presented a variety of cultural items, which enthralled the audience including parents and grandparents.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Khajuria lauded the efforts of the children and faculty members of ANNIZONE for presenting a wonderful cultural programme.
Advising the children to always be loyal and honest, Mr Khajuria threw light on morality, honesty, loyalty and integrity, which he said are the key factors of blossoming in the competitive world.
Later-on, Annu Singh presented vote of thanks.
