JAMMU, Oct 8: Totally rejecting the fresh proposal of Government on return , All Migrant Camp Coordination Committee (AMCCC) today said that no formula will be acceptable to the displaced KPs from Valley which the community is not taken into confidence and which is not discussed with its representatives before hand .
Talking to reporters here, today, Desh Rattan president of the Committee and its coordinator Dilip Pandita held The Pandits have lost faith in both State and Central governments as they are responsible for the mass exodus of Pandits from Valley in 1989-90 and denial of fundamental rights to the hapless community, Desh Rattan Pandita president AMCCC and its coordinator, Dilip Pandita told reporters here today.
Taking the pseudo secular parties ad their leaders to task, they said no one talked about the massacres of Kashmiri Pandits in Valley, razing of their houses and property to ground, lynching of females on bend saws and forcing them to leave the Valley to lead an exiled life over the years. Why these leaders who claim to be champions of secularism turned a blind eye to the human rights violation and massacres of KPs they asked?
Desh Rattan, while condemning any sort of killing said Kashmiri Pandits are truly secular who believed in pluralism as the best way of life but has any one among the pseudo secular parties of this country ever talked of restoring their homeland to them where from they have been thrown out by the communal and fundamental forces on the behest of Pakistan.
Desh Rattan said it is pity that over the years the Government has failed to constitute a Commission to probe the genocide of Pandits and publish a white paper on the same.
Turning tables on Government Dilip Pandita said that Deputy Commissioners being custodians of migrant land and property have failed to protect the same and there seems to be a nexus between land mafia and government agencies in grabbing the migrant land.
He said the Government is rehabilitating terrorists by spending huge amount on them but on the other hand no steps have been taken to rehabilitate the victims of terrorism i.e KPs.  He demanded payment of Rs 25 lakh to each over aged youth and hassle free bank loans to them to start their business and feed their families.
