Ambardar discusses issues of displaced Pandits with Naik

JAMMU Jan 28:BJP MLC Surinder Ambardar today called on Principal Secretary Relief and Rehabilitation Sandeep Naik here today and had a detailed  meeting
with him on the problems pertaining to the pending issues of displaced community.
During the meeting MLC took up the issues of pending list of  the displaced KP candidates who had applied for different posts in Valley under the PM package and sought the timely and prompt action on the same as the candidates have been waiting from almost two years for the list which is pure injustice and amounts to playing with their patience
Ambardar further added that he has been persistently and consistently pursuing the case of these unemployed youth of the displaced community and it is high time that their selection list (remaining 1554 posts and of pending 221 candidates) should be issued immediately without further delay and the notification for the additional 3000 posts should also be issued so that the form filling process is started at the earliest
He also took up the issue of renovation of Jagti and other camps and stated that despite the tenders for same being floated some months back but still the work has not been started due to which the displaced community living in these camps have to face lot of problems as the seepage problems is existing almost in every camp.
MLC also sought the status of the work progress of different additional transit camp accommodations being constructed at Valley for the employees who have gone or will be going to there for employment.
