JAMMU, Aug 9: To ease the convenience and save time of the customers, “Door Step Service” was launched at AM Hyundai.
The service was formally launched by Chairman Jatinder Gupta along with Director Akshay Mahajan, Amit Sharma Regional Parts Service Manager and Vikas Bhardwaj Territory Parts Service Manager in presence of staff members and the customers.
Amit Sharma said that this is a very unique initiative from Hyundai Motors which will be launched all Over India and will help the company to serve customers better.
“Time is an important factor these days and to save time and reach those customers, who are not able to come here at our facility, this Door step service will act as an important tool. AM Hyundai has been recently adjudged as number one in customer satisfaction in J&K and to further enhance our customer experience Door Step Service will play a vital role,” he added.
“Under Door Step Service, technician of the Hyundai will go to the customers’ place and provide the basic service facility at their door step,” said Akshay Mahajan.
