JAMMU, Apr 15: A delegation of All J&K Ayurvedic Congress (AJKAC) led by its State president, Dr BR Sharma, today met Health Minister, Bali Bhagat, and demanded early opening of Government Ayurvedic Degree College in Jammu.
The delegation which was comprised of Dr HN Patwari, Dr TR Gupta, Dr DS Sambyal and Dr Kartar Singh, also took up with the Health Minister the demands of early establishment of provincial directorate for Ayurveda.
The Health Minister assured the delegation that an early administrative will be taken to settle both the issues. Regarding change in the designation of ADMOs, Bali Bhagat issued instructions for putting up suitable proposal for much delayed change.
