JAMMU, Feb 2: Chief of Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal BS Dhanoa reached Srinagar today on a two-day visit during which he reviewed operational preparedness of the Air Force base at Awantipur.
Dhanoa addressed all personnel and inspected the operational readiness of the Awantipur base this morning and had detailed inter-action with them. He complemented all Air Warriors for maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
Kamalpreet Dhanoa, president Air Force Wives Welfare Association, who is also accompanying the Air Chief Marshal, interacted with the families of service personnel and applauded them for the untiring support they have provided to their husbands.
The Chief of the Air Staff will visit Air Force Station Srinagar tomorrow. He would also be interacting with senior Army officials at Badami Bagh Cantonment, Srinagar tomorrow.
