SRINAGAR, Aug 20: S N Shrivastava, Additional DG, CRPF, met Governor N N Vohra at the Raj Bhavan here today.
Shrivastava briefed the Governor about the CRPF’s role and responsibility in maintenance of internal security in the State. The Governor expressed concern and stressed the crucial importance of security forces exercising restraint in dealing with arising situation.
The Governor, who is Chairman of Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board, thanked Shrivastava for CRPF’s valuable contribution in the smooth conduct of Shri Amarnathji Yatra-2016.
