JAMMU, Jan 25: Adbi Kunj, J&K organized Literary meet at its centre in New Shastri Memorial Higher School, Talab Tillo.
Dr Bharat Bhushan Gupta, Chairman of the organization presided over the meet, while Sham Talib, president was also present.
In the first part of the creative Prose round, presentations including Apnon Main Begani Urdu by Sham Talib, Sode Bazi an Urdu paper on the condition of political world by M L Puri, a Hindi satirical Kam Karna Bhi Koie Kam Hain by KL Dewana, Sachaie, a Gojri, write up on the various tale lights by Choudhary Adris Shad and Salar-e-Aazam Netaji by Dr Bharat Bhushan Gupta were evaluated.
In the composite poetic round, Sham Talib recited his Urdu poem. The other poets of the session were Santosh Nadam, Neelam Verma, Zenat Fardus, ML Puri, Jaswant Singh, Dr Bharat Bhushan Gupta, Choudhary Adres Shad, KL Dewana, Sanjeev Kumar, Waheed Musafare, Rajeev Kumar, SK Gupta, Shubir Hussain Shubir, Kumari Qurrat-Ud-Din-Shabir, Garu Ram Gupta, Ramesh Rahi, Abdul Jabar Butt, Ved Upal, Choudhary Manzoor Badana and Sham Talib.
Ved Upal, a well known singer and composer sang two songs on Eid and Patriotism. He also conducted the proceeding of the meet.
At the end, Jaswant Singh, chief organizer of Adbi Kunj presented vote of thanks.
