Adbi Kunj holds special poetic criticism meet

JAMMU, Jan 30: In the series of its continuing weekly creative multilingual literary activities since 1975 the front ranking multilingual literary organization Adbi Kunj held a special poetic criticism meet for the upliftment of young and upcoming poets.
The meet was presided over by a noted writer, critic and “Iqbal fame” M L Ganjoo Frisal. Ashok Muntiq from “Udhampur” conducted the proceedings. In this special meet four upcoming young poets presented their Ghazals. They included Raz Reyas Sohil, Masoom Kishtwari, Ashok Muntiq and Ram Pal Dogra Pali (Dogri) In the light of these Ghazals the senior poets threw detailed light on the art of the Ghazal writing including its Behar, Wazan, Ridif and Qafia.
In the meet Adbi Kunj congratulated noted poetess Santosh Nadan for release of her first Urdu poetic book “Nakosh-e-Dil”. The organization also congratulated Ram Pal Dogra Pali for being felicitated with letter of appreciation by a social organization Haq-Insaf-Council (HIC).
In the meet a composite Mehfil-e-Mushiara was specially organized. The participant poets were Aarash Om Dalmotra, M L Ganjoo Frisal, Santosh Nadan, Ashok Muntiq, Ram Pal Dogra Pali, M S Kamra, Ved Uppal, Rajeev Kumar, Masoom Kishtwari, Sanjeev Kumar, Shammas Rajan, Romesh Rahi, Raz Reyaz Sohil, Manzoor Badana, Rakesh Tripat, Vinod Katib, S K Gupta and Sham Talib. Adbi Kunj also paid tributes to its past general secretary  late K L Dewana.
