Tesa Fibre Boards are being manufactured with hard wood so density of our product becomes better than other products available in market. The Boards are having best routing characteristics due to uniform density gradient and compact core, achieved by using special German Technology for MAT formation & 8 cylinders,18 day light press (1st in India).
Action Tesa has state of the art Glue Kitchen. Action Tesa provides HDHMR Board in 4 thickness 8mm, 12mm 16mm, and 18mm and 8×4 size.
Hard Wood is used for higher density of product; Special Glue is being used to make it water resistant; the product has been made as per Indian climate; and its water resistance characteristics are as per ISI Standard. The Action Tesa Boards are having Ideal Routable Substrate with Sharp Cut & Routed Edge anf its Ready & Smooth Surface, absorbs less paint in painting process, thus saves paint cost also and thus these are Cost Effective Paneling Solution.
The key application areas of HDHMR include- Kitchen Shutters; Furniture where risk of moisture exists; Door Shutters; Packing Industry; Shoe Heel; Partitions; and Outdoor Fixtures like election cutouts or similar applications.
