UDHAMPUR, Jan 11: A kerosene oil dealer was caught red handed while black marketing the oil to driver of vehicle at Ramnagar.
The accused has been identified as Romesh Kumar, son of Hans Raj of Chowki Jandrore, dealer of kerosene oil. He was illegally selling kerosene oil to driver of vehicle number JK14 /9283. About 60/70 liter of kerosene oil has been seized from the spot.
Police arrested the accused dealer as well as driver and conductor of the vehicle besides affecting seizure. A case in this regard has been registered u/s 3/7 EC Act in Police Station Ramnagar.
