JAMMU, Apr 16: A victim of road accident succumbed to his injuries here at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH).
According to a police spokesman, a three-year-old boy Sunny Kumar son of Babu Ram, resident of Lakhanpur, district Kathua, was shifted with grievous injuries here at GMCH on April 14 after he was hit by a car at Lakhanpur near RTO office.
However, the child succumbed to his injuries late last night. Today, after completing all medico-legal formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to his legal heirs for last rites. The concerned police had taken cognizance of the matter.
