JAMMU, Feb 25: A victim of road accident today succumbed to his injuries here at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH).
According to a police spokesperson, the man identified as Mohan Lal (45) son of Jagdish, a resident of PTC Udhampur, was shifted here at GMCH on yesterday after he received serious injuries in a road mishap at Battal Morh, Udhampur.
However, the man succumbed to his injuries today at about 8 AM. After completing all medico-legal formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to his legal heirs for last rites.
The concerned police had taken cognizance of the matter.
