SRINAGAR, Aug 8: Vigilance Organization Kashmir today arrested then ARTO Shopian, Ab Majid Bhat who was evading arrest since a case under Prevention of Corruption Act was registered against him last month.
Ab Majid Bhat, son of Khazir Mohammad Bhat, resident of Chorsoo Awantipora, presently putting up at Bagemehtab Srinagar was booked in case FIR number 25/2018, Under Section 5(1) (e) r/w 5(2) PC Act 2006, on July 14, 2018 and he had been evading his arrest since then.
