JAMMU, May 16: Bishnah police arrested two absconders, who were evading their arrest since long.
As per police sources, a team from Bishnah police station arrested an absconder namely Taj, son of Asal Mir of Morchapur Bishnah. He was wanted in a case registered under Sections 307, 341 and 323 RPC with police station Bishnah on April 21.
Meanwhile, Bishnah police station team also arrested an absconder, who was at large since February this year.
The accused has been identified as Salam Din, son of Satal Din of Laswara. He was wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 48/17 under Section 380 RPC with police station Bishnah.
Further investigation into the cases registered against the arrested accused is going on.
Police team led by SHO Bishnah Inspector PP Singh made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Surinder Choudhary and SP Headquarters Jammu RC Kotwal.
