JAMMU June 29 : Police Party of police station Billawar apprehended one absconder involved in heinous crime.
The accused has been identified as Rakesh Kumar son of Shori Lal resident of Baggan Teh. Billawar district.
The accused was arrested near bus stand Billawar when he was about to board a bus to escape from the area. It is pertinent to mention here that the accused was absconding for last eight months. He was booked in case under FIR No. 84/2015 u/s 363/376/109 RPC.
