JAMMU, Aug 18: Khour police arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest since long.
As per police sources, a team from Khour police station apprehended an absconder, who was at large since long.
The arrested person has been identified as Happy Parveen, son of Mohammad Iqbal of Badhoon, district Rajouri.
He was wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 42/2007 under Section 188 RPC with police station Khour. The court has also issued arrest warrant under Section 512 CrPC against the said absconder.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
Police team led by SHO Khour SI Jeet Singh made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO Akhnoor Munish Anand and SP Rural Arun Gupta.
