JAMMU, Mar 30: Basholi police arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest since long.
As per police sources, based on reliable information, a team from Basholi police station conducted raid and arrested an absconder, who was large for the past one year.
The accused has been identified as Subash Kumar, son of Faquir Chand, a resident of Dodla, Tehsil Basohli, District Kathua.
He was involved in a case registered under FIR Number 16/16 under Section 452 and 323 RPC with police station Basohli.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
Police team led by SHO Basholi Inspector Sukhvir Singh made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO Basholi Shivender Singh Jamwal and SSP Kathua Pawan Parihar.
