Srinagar : A day after militant attack on pilgrims that left 7 dead and 19 others wounded in Anantnag district, about 11000 yatries paid obeisance at the Amarnath cave shrine in south Kashmir Himalayas.
An official spokesman said that on the 13th day of the annual pilgrimage, 10,926 Yatris paid obeisance at the Holy Cave.
He said with this 1,57,618 pilgrims had paid obeisance since the beginning of the pilgrimage, 1,57,618 Yatris have had the darshan at the Holy Cave.
Majority pilgrims had returned to their homes. (Agencies)
