ABKMS to launch ‘Rath Yatra’ for reservation on economic basis

JAMMU, Aug 6: Advocating the reservation on economic basis, State president of  Akhil Bharatiya Kshitriya Maha Sabha (ABKMS), president,  Ravi Singh Slathia today said that   a country wide  `Rath Yatra’  is being started from Jammu to garner public support and create awareness among the masses .
Talking to media persons here today, Slathia  disclosed that National body of ABKMS under the leadership of national working president, Mahinder Singh Tanvar  and patronage  of  Raghubir Singh Sarohi  and Th Gulchain Singh, former minister,  will start a `Rath Yatra’ from Jammu which shall cover all the parts of the country to garner support of the masses on the issue of reservation on economic basis.
Slathia   further disclosed that Rath Yatra shall start from Jammu on August 9, 2017  at 10 AM after performing special Pooja and Havan at Raj Tilak Bhawan, Purani Mandi,  Jammu.  The National leaders of ABKMS,  escorted by Motor-cycle rally will be taken to the venue at Purani Mandi.
There after  Rath Yatra  will be flagged off which after covering various States shall culminate at  New Delhi on November 18, 2017.  At Delhi a  national convention will be held which will be addressed by various intellectuals, representatives  from various  communities and organizations besides  various  leaders of the country on the subject.
Ravi Singh Slathia and State vice president Amrik Singh Slathia, Gambhir Dev Singh Charak,  chief organizer, Ajit Singh, Pawan Singh Manhas, Rameshwar Singh, Zorawar Singh, Dr R S Charak, RS Chib and others    appealed to the members of the community and others to actively participate in this national wide programme.
