I salute Hashim Qureshi for his bold and candid article : Where Pakistan whips passions of people (DE, Sept 24,2016). It is indeed difficult, especially for a Kashmiri Muslim, ‘ to speak and write the truth in this atmosphere of surcharged emotions.’
