Atal Bihari Vajpayee today warned
Pakistan against testing India’s
patience, even as he rejected Congress
charge that his Lahore bus journey was an
image-building exercise. We want good
neighbourly relations but Pakistan must
not test our patience, Vajpayee said
addressing an election rally here.
Referring to the Kargil intrusion, he
said we too could have crossed the
borders during the conflict but we did
not and our patience was rewarded at
