JAMMU, Oct 23: After a long gap, Kashmiri militants this evening struck at Residency Road in the heart of the City and triggered a powerful blast at a crowded place, flooded with tourists, causing injuries to 20 civilians including four tourists. However, some alert civilians succeeded in apprehending one of the suspected militant, who himself was injured in the grenade attack, while his one associate managed to give a dodge..........more
