In an intervieew to ‘Star Plus’ - Aaj Ki Baat, Mr Fernandes said, "Pakistan’s intentions are not good, and as long as intentions are not good, (such offer) has no meaning." Delivering a lecture after inaugurating the ‘Millennium Law Lecture Series’ on ‘Judicial Review, Judicial Activism -Need for Caution’, Justice Anand said courts must base their decisions on recognised doctrines of principles of law.
