Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee today lambasted the
Congress for tumbling down his Government and imposing an
expensive and uncalled for elections on the country and
said the wind of change had already started blowing in
the country. Addressing an election meeting at the
Government inter-college grounds here on the last leg of
his campaigning he sought a "people’s
mandate" for a full five-year term..........
